About Us

The Phayes Group is a family owned multi-million dollar producing real estate team serving the triangle and surround areas of North Carolina. It was founded by William “Phayes” Patrick back in 2020 and has taken off ever since. Our year to date sales volume is over $36million+ with over 110 homes sold. William was ranked in the top 500 realtors in the triangle in 2022 & 2023 and received the prestigious ICON agent award 2 years in a row at his overhead brokerage eXp realty. William specializes in listings and working with our investors, while Cristina (left), manages all of our flips/designs them & coordinates our marketing efforts. Angelica, is our buyer specialist & co-designer on our investment properties both in house and for our clients.
