Who we are
An agency with an investor’s eye
When William Phayes Patrick entered the real estate industry in 2020, he did so with the conviction that building a business of his own was worth pursuing wholeheartedly.
While working toward a bachelor’s degree, William made the decision to leave college and dedicate himself to real estate full time. It was an early entrepreneurial commitment that would shape the direction of his career.
In 2021, he established The Phayes Group with the support of his longtime partner, Cristina Galavis, who contributed to the business behind the scenes. What began as an independent real estate venture developed into a growing business serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Raleigh, Durham, and the surrounding Triangle communities.
That perspective is also personal. William and Cristina invest in real estate themselves, and what they have learned from buying, renovating and holding their own properties shapes the advice they give every client. Whether someone is buying a first home, selling, or building a portfolio, The Phayes Group offers guidance grounded in firsthand investment experience.
